1. About the Service
SpendPilot ("the Service") allows users to upload billing files (CSV) from AWS and Azure accounts, and provides analysis, recommendations, and AI-generated insights based on that data.
2. Acceptable Use
- You must only upload data you have the right to share.
- You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- You agree not to upload malicious files or content that violates applicable law.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate account information (username, last, first name, email).
4. AI-Generated Content & Recommendations
- Recommendations and insights generated by AI are provided for informational purposes only.
- SpendPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or financial outcome of any recommendation.
- Users are responsible for their own cost/billing decisions.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain features may require a paid subscription.
- Subscription status and purchase events are recorded to manage billing and access.
- There is no refund policy available.
6. User Feedback
- Feedback submitted through the Service may be used to improve the product.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide may be used by the Company for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
7. Termination
- SpendPilot may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
- Users may close their account at any time via the Manage account.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- SpendPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
